Day 1 Paris – Lyon (324 km)

Depart for Lyon, one of France’s most elegant and historic cities. Visit the iconic Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière, offering panoramic views over the city. Continue exploring the Old Town (Vieux Lyon), where you can stroll along cobblestone streets and admire Renaissance-era architecture. In the evening, experience the world-famous Lyon Festival of Lights (Fête des Lumières), the city’s most iconic annual celebration and a true source of local pride. During the festival, Lyon’s landmarks and historic buildings are transformed into spectacular illuminated artworks. The entire city becomes a stage of light, color, and creativity, offering an unforgettable immersive atmosphere and a magical visual experience.

Day 2 Auxerre (20 km) – Paris (329 km)

After breakfast, depart for Auxerre, a charming town of art and history in France. Once part of the medieval Duchy of Burgundy and later incorporated into the Kingdom of France, Auxerre is rich in historical heritage and architectural landmarks. The surrounding region is also part of the famous Burgundy wine area, known for its prestigious vineyards and cultural significance. After the visit, return to Paris.
