    Day 1: Paris – Lyon

    Departure for Lyon. Visit the Old Town, stroll along the cobbled streets, admire the historic scenery, and experience the culinary specialties of this gastronomic capital. Departure for Lyon, a French city in the Rhône-Alpes region, located at the confluence of the Rhône and Saône rivers.

    Day 2: Avignon – Gordes

    Departure for Avignon, the City of the Popes. This historic religious city served as a major center of Christianity in Europe during the Middle Ages. Gordes, known as the “village in the sky,” is a typical Provençal town, with most of its buildings dating back to the 11th century, over a thousand years ago. Departure for Avignon: visit the Palais des Papes and the Pont Saint-Bénézet, then continue to Gordes.

    Day 3: Aigues-Mortes – Le Grau-du-Roi

    Departure for Aigues-Mortes, a commune in the Gard department of France, a well-preserved medieval walled city. Notable landmarks include the Tour de Constance and the pink salt marshes (Les Salins du Midi) outside the walls. Then continue to the seaside resort of Le Grau-du-Roi, known for its picturesque fishing port, beautiful beaches, and large marina. Departure for Aigues-Mortes, a commune in Petite Camargue, then head to Le Grau-du-Roi, which enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is crossed by the Vidourle river and other waterways.

    Day 4: Nîmes – Arles

    Visit Nîmes, the largest city in the Gard department, known for its many ancient monuments. Then travel to Arles, a unique town in southeastern France, often considered one of the most Roman-influenced towns in the country. The famous 19th-century painter Vincent van Gogh lived and painted here. In 1981, Arles was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Departure for Nîmes, an important outpost during the Roman Empire, then continue to Arles, a city on the Rhône River in Provence, renowned for inspiring Van Gogh’s paintings.

    Day 5: Beaune – Paris

    Departure for Beaune, a medieval town filled with the charm of Burgundy wines. Visit wine cellars and the Hospices de Beaune. Return to Paris in the afternoon. Departure for Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy, then return to Paris.
