Day 1: Paris – Lyon (460 km)

Travel to Lyon, the gastronomic capital of France. Explore the Old Town, stroll along cobblestone streets, and admire well-preserved medieval buildings and Renaissance-style architecture, as if stepping back in time.

Day 2: Avignon (228 km) – Gordes (333 km)

Head to Avignon, the historic “City of Popes,” which served as a major religious center in medieval Europe. Then continue to Gordes, known as the “City in the Sky.” This hilltop village is built entirely of pale stone houses stacked along the slope, creating a fairy-tale-like scene under the bright blue Provençal sky.

Note: For departures on July 4 and July 18, Gordes will be replaced by a visit to Sault to see lavender fields.

Day 3: Nice (571 km) – Monaco (20 km)

Travel to Nice, the jewel of the French Riviera. Walk along the famous Promenade des Anglais to the beautiful Baie des Anges, and explore the charming old town. Then visit Monaco, a luxurious Mediterranean microstate known for its stunning sea views. Key attractions include the Prince's Palace of Monaco, Monaco Cathedral, Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, and the beautiful royal gardens.

Day 4: Grasse (66 km) – Cannes (17 km)

Visit Grasse, the world-famous perfume town. With engaging guided commentary, explore the historic International Perfume Museum and discover the history and secrets of perfume making. Enjoy a unique perfume-blending workshop and create your own signature scent! (Registration includes a complimentary perfume workshop valued at €18 per person.)

Then head to Cannes, home of the Palme d’Or. Walk along the Palais des Festivals and the seaside boulevard, and soak in the elegance and glamour behind the red carpet.

Day 5: Annecy (555 km) – Paris (554 km)

Visit Annecy, one of the most beautiful towns in the French Alps. Surrounded by mountains year-round, its crystal-clear canals run through the old town, while snow-capped peaks reflect on the lake, creating a picturesque setting. Return to Paris in the afternoon.
